Fresh-smelling results: The combination of lemon and vinegar leaves your kitchen smelling clean and citrusy instead of loaded with chemicals.
How to make your own natural oven cleaner
This recipe makes it pretty clean for a full-sized oven. Adjust quantities as needed for larger ovens or multiple cleaning sessions.

Ingredients
1/4 cup dish soap (liquid)
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup white vinegar
1 1/4 cups water
Provisions

Combine ingredients
In a medium bowl or spray bottle, mix the dish soap, lemon juice, vinegar, and water until well combined. If using a bowl, transfer the mixture to a spray bottle for ease of application.
Prepare the oven
Turn off and unplug the oven, if possible. Remove the racks, trays, and removable parts for separate cleaning (you can soak them in warm, soapy water).
Apply the
spray cleaner or generously pour the homemade cleaner onto the interior surfaces of the oven, focusing on greasy or burnt areas. Let the solution sit for 10 to 15 minutes to allow it to break down dirt and grime.
Gently scrub
After letting the cleaner work its magic, use a sponge or non-abrasive cloth to gently scrub the oven surfaces. For tricky spots, sprinkle a little baking soda over the area before scrubbing – it acts as a mild abrasive to remove stubborn stains.
Rinse thoroughly
Clean the vacuum cleaner and loose debris with a damp cloth or sponge. Repeat if necessary for particularly dirty areas.
