When I was 13, I discovered from a Facebook post about this habit.
In that post, it says that doing it consistently is great for health.
That action is no other than drinking a glass of water on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
Not hot or cold water, just lukewarm.
Now that I am an adult, drinking a glass of water after waking up is part of my routine.
My mornings have been great since then. I would like to share my experience doing this worthy action for almost a decade.
