Ingredients simple short
All purpose flour 1 & 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Lukewarm milk as needed
Oil 1 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Onion 1/4 cup
Green chili 2 pieces
All purpose flour 1 tbsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Garlic 1/4 tsp
Ginger 1/4 tsp
Oregano to taste
Salt to taste
Boiled chicken 1/2 cup
Capsicum 1/4 cup
Parsley
Sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, salt, lukewarm milk, and oil. Knead for 5–7 minutes until you get a smooth, soft dough.
2. Rub a little oil over the dough, cover, and let it rise for 30–60 minutes.
3. Heat butter in a pan and sauté onion and green chili for 2 minutes.
4. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually pour in the milk while stirring continuously.
5. Add pepper, garlic, ginger, oregano, and salt. Mix well.
6. Add boiled chicken and capsicum. Cook for 2 minutes until the filling becomes thick and creamy. Stir in parsley and let the filling cool completely.
7. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
8. Flatten each piece, place the chicken filling in the center, and seal the edges tightly.
9. Arrange the buns on a baking tray. Brush with cold milk and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
10. Bake in a preheated oven at **160°C for 10–15 minutes** until golden brown.
11. Cool slightly and enjoy warm, soft, creamy bakery-style chicken buns! ![]()
